Recipe from Cherise
Serves 2
3 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp lime juice
1 small apple, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 can water-packed tuna
Mix together and serve on top of lettuce. I usually just splash some red wine vinegar over the top of it all, but you can use some low cal dressing if you need it.
