Banana Bread Shake

Recipe from Sarah from BodyBuilding.com
Serves 1

1 banana
3/4 cup Kellogg's Bran Flakes
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup Quaker oatmeal
1 bottle of water
Add Truvia or Splenda to taste.

Blend together.
